I have known Gail since 1978. Gail has always been driven to serve others. She works very hard to make sure everything is just the way you like. Gail was amazing. She had several places for us to look at and if we didn't like them she had more to show us. She was great fun too, had a blast looking at different places and she gave her thoughts as to what would need to be done before moving in. And if we didn't like it we didn't spend a lot of time on it just moved onto the next one. I live in Orlando, but own a rental property in Atlanta. Gail was able to connect me with someone in the Atlanta market who knows the ins/outs of the neighborhood surrounding my property. Our experience with Gail was absolutely amazing! We were relocating from Washington DC so most of our initial contact was via email. She was incredibly responsive and helped us narrow down our early search results. When we were finally able to make the trip down to actually look at homes she had a day FULL of listings for us as time was obviously a factor. She had a good mix of older and new construction homes. We ended up going with a pre-spec new build. We thought we were in for a pretty simple new home purchase given the fact it was brand new and already spec'ed, but we were so wrong. The split second things with the builder didn't seem right, Gail jumped into action. The amount of things she took care of and times I had to realize that, I didn't know what I didn't know, was astounding. I don't even want to know how much more time and money I would have wasted if Gail hadn't been there.
